At Petite Printz, every piece is created with care and intention. Please review the policies below so you know exactly what to expect when ordering your tiny artwork.


 

Processing & Turnaround Times

Original Paintings & Commissions

Each original Petite Printz is hand-painted, carefully finished, and framed before shipping.

• Commissioned originals: Typically completed within 1–3 weeks, depending on my current queue and the complexity of the piece.

• If you need your artwork by a specific date, please note it at checkout and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
   

Prints & Ready-to-Ship Items

• Prints and in-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Methods

United States Shipping

• Prints: Shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

• Original artwork: Shipped via USPS Priority Mail for added protection and tracking.

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your Petite Printz arrives safely and beautifully.


 

Artwork & Color Variations

Each Petite Printz is an original watercolor painting, and slight variations in color, texture, and detail are part of the charm of handmade art. Colors may also vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.

• All sizes are listed in inches and millimeters. Sizes are listed by frame size.*

• All Prints are Giclée Print on Epson Premium Watercolor Paper for long lasting color and quality.

• All custom paintings are painted on acid free bristol paper so it will not yellow over time.
   

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Commissioned Artwork

Because commissioned pieces are custom-made specifically for you, all commissions are final sale and non-refundable once work has begun.

Prints & Non-Custom Items

Returns may be considered in rare circumstances and are handled on a case-by-case basis. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery so I can help.

Damaged Shipments

If your artwork arrives damaged, please email photos within 48 hours of delivery. I’ll work with you to find a solution.


 

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Petite Printz is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


 

Payment Methods

Petite Printz accepts major credit cards and secure online payment methods available at checkout. Payment is required in full before work begins on commissioned pieces.
